At CTS our Planning Department develops all temporary traffic control plans consistent with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and the requirements of the responsible agency.  Every plan starts with a site survey by planning personnel that enables us to provide a completely accurate two dimensional view of the effected roadway.  Accurate and proper traffic control is essential not only for the safety of the contractor and CTS personnel, but the traveling public as well.
